1. Service Scope
Home Checkup (“we,” “our,” or “the company”) provides home-based health diagnostic services for residents of Hyderabad, India. Our services include:
- In-house services owned and operated by Home Checkup such as X-ray, ECG, Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT), and physiotherapy
- Coordination with third-party NABL-accredited labs for services such as blood tests, ultrasound, 2D Echo, and other advanced imaging
Home Checkup acts as a full-service facilitator, ensuring that patients and families receive verified and high-quality diagnostics at home. We do not operate any standalone labs ourselves.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals requesting diagnostics for themselves or on behalf of their family members residing in Hyderabad. Bookings and payments may be made by relatives residing abroad, including in the U.S. and Canada, but the actual diagnostic services are rendered solely in India.
3. Medical Interpretation & Consultation
Home Checkup offers doctor consultations for interpreting diagnostic results and suggesting possible next steps.
These consultations are:
Offered to the patient or the NRI family member who paid for the service
Conducted by licensed medical professionals in India
Intended to guide and inform — not to replace formal clinical diagnosis or emergency care
4. No Emergency or Hospital-Based Care
We do not provide emergency, inpatient, or hospital-based treatment. Our services are strictly diagnostic and advisory in nature, performed in the patient’s home or via virtual consultation.
5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Home Checkup is a company registered and operated in India. All services are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
6. Payments and Refund Policy
Payments are collected via secure third-party payment platforms such as Stripe and Razorpay. Services may be priced in USD or CAD for the convenience of non-resident Indian (NRI) family members.
Once a booking is confirmed and resources have been scheduled, refunds are not guaranteed. In case of valid issues (e.g., patient not available, sudden change in schedule), we will support rescheduling at no additional cost.

7. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect limited personal data solely to facilitate diagnostics. This includes:
Patient name and contact
Family member name and contact (if different)
Address for service
Requested test package
Medical records and test results are shared only with the designated recipient(s) (patient and/or paying family member) and never with third parties without consent.
We do not sell, lease, or disclose data for marketing or advertising.
8. Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you agree that Home Checkup shall not be liable for:
Diagnostic result interpretations not accompanied by a medical consult
Errors, delays, or inaccuracies caused by third-party partner labs
Misuse or misinterpretation of shared reports
Outcomes resulting from medical action or inaction based on our guidance
9. Updates to Terms
We may revise this policy at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
